Kiko swallowed the lump in her throat as she tugged on a stray, bleached-out curl and blinked her eyeliner-ringed eyes, her amber circle lenses only making her look even more like a puppy who knew it had done wrong.

"... That's not funny, Kiko." Yuko's face seemed calm, but Kiko knew her well enough to know that only meant she was hiding a raging storm.

"I know it's not. It's the truth." Kiko stood her ground on her strappy golden heels, but jumped when her pale sister suddenly threw her chopsticks onto the table. "Just hear me ou-"

"You reckless little...!" Yuko seethed and tried in vain to contain herself. Of all the 5: Angry by ~brenli

Yuko kept her face empty and icy as she spoke to him. She was good at it; that was her freak show gimmick up in Heaven... her asset back then, and her asset now, even after plucking up the courage and running to the safety of a little island nation on Earth. "No, Isamu, I don't think anything Kiko's doing is right. In fact, I know it's not."

Isamu leaned against his car in all of his lanky glory. He was a true model. He did it without trying... "Don't you think you're getting a little serious about this?"

"We did it..."

Little clouds puffed out of their mouths as they took deep breaths, huddled together, crouching down against the graffiti-smeared brick wall of a run-down, abandoned building.

"... We did it!" Kitsune repeated, a grin pulling on her lips, spreading so widely that her eyes nearly crinkled shut.

Yukionna gave her sister a smile of her own, soft, reserved, but sweet. "Yes, we have..."

Kitsune unleashed a wonderful flurry of giggles, the long, wide sleeves of her kimono wrapping around Yukionna. "We showed them!!! They'll never find us, now!"

Also, you might have noticed that the order to my DA To-Do List has changed... XD YUP. IT'S THAT TIME. I said that I wanted to get 5 100 Themes Meme entries done at the least before I switched the priority. I said that 10 would be the ideal, but that was before my life got more crammed and I got spread out even more, so... 5 entries, it is. XD I don't have any deadline for this transcription and I planning on taking it at a MUCH more easygoing pace than when I transcribed Illu and Meta. I am NOT going to transcribe 90 pages in one day. No. That was unhealthy and my left wrist is STILL clicking like crazy because of what I did to myself. XD

But anyway, when transcribing Road Trip is done, everything will switch again. The 100 Themes Meme will be back up at number one. I don't know for how LONG it'll be at number one, but it will be back at number one for at least a little while. XD

But yeah. Now I need to go cry out my frustration over Sta.sh, so...
